Dennis leads ReadyPulse and its go-to-market strategy and revenue. Previously, Dennis led the Global Services and Insight divisions at Moxie Software. Before Moxie, Dennis was Vice President of Sales for Gartner, where he developed their emerging technology, VC/PE and semiconductor segments. Dennis started his career selling copies door to door for BR Printers, and went on to help that company become the leading provider of on-demand printing in the U.S. Dennis has completed over thirty triathlons and marathons, is a citizen of two countries and holds a BS in Economics with an MBA from Santa Clara University.

He has held software engineering roles at Microsoft, most recently leading large-scale projects with the Windows networking connectivity team and Windows mobile networking team.
Mihir is the Vice President of Engineering at ReadyPulse and has a deep understanding of the user experience with expansive technical developer skills. Prior to joining ReadyPulse, Mihir was at Microsoft, where he worked on Bing’s integration with Facebook and built communications protocols at Alcatel Lucent Inc. Offline, Mihir runs the Seattle chapter of the Ekal Vidyalaya Foundation (a non-profit dedicated to improving education for children in tribal regions of India), is an avid motor biker and enjoys singing Katy Perry songs with his daughters.
Ron Selvey is the Vice President of Marketing at ReadyPulse and brings more than 15 years of leadership experience in B2B marketing and SaaS enterprise sales. A master at marketing to marketers, he is responsible for designing hyper growth strategies to elevate our company, brand, product demand and driving business success. Prior to joining ReadyPulse, he took two other companies to successful acquisitions. Before jumping into ReadyPulse, he was the Vice President of Marketing at WebDAM, a Shutterstock company valued at over $2Billion, where he transformed it into a marketing technology industry leader. Ron has completed multiple marathons and triathlons, several 50-mile adventure races and loves spending time on the slopes snowboarding. Once upon a time, he was also a resident nightclub DJ. In the office, be careful, you can frequently find him pranking other teams.
As Vice President of Sales, Evan oversees direct sales, account management, and partner sales teams responsible for signing new revenue. Evan brings 10 years of experience ramping revenue growth and market adoption for early stage technology companies with a focus on ecommerce, social analytics, and sales engagement. Prior to ReadyPulse, Evan ran software and agency sales at Fluid and built the first sales and account management teams at ClearSlide. Outside of work, you’ll find Evan snapping pictures, watching Dateline and reading Reddit.
Aaron is an expert Product Leader with over 15 years of experience in IT, customer success, professional services and product management. He has been enabling B2B marketers for over 10 years with innovative marketing products. His successful product launches include Eloqua’s Enterprise marketing automation product and Influitive’s advocate marketing platform. When he’s not leading the charge on ReadyPulse’s product roadmap, he enjoys taking photographs and spending time with his wife and daughter. As an added bonus, if you want to know all about the coolest iPhone apps, he’s your guy.
Audrey heads the Customer Success team at ReadyPulse. Her background is managing software clients throughout their journey from kick-off to renewal. She believes in partnering with her customers and delivering a superior consultative service that leads to a successful customer experience. When she’s not working, you can find her chasing her two little ones around the local park or seeking autographs from her favorite San Francisco Giants players.
Greg is an entrepreneur at heart and advisor at ReadyPulse. He helps the executive team with the overall strategy of the company. He holds a bachelor’s degree and PhD from University of Cape Town and an MBA from INSEAD. If he were not guiding the team on strategic direction, he’d be a roadie and follow his favorite bands around the world. Side note, he’s not-so-secretly a fan of Iggy Azalea’s latest album.
Nick is the Senior Manager of Brand Engagement at ReadyPulse. He leads influencer identification and recruitment for our clients. He has built the TNF Locals program from the ground up. He comes to ReadyPulse from Under Armour where he was the Global Brand Marketing Manager for Action Sports. Prior to that, Nick has deep ties as a Sports Marketing Manager in the action and outdoor sports industries. He works remote, so to find him, check Instagram to see him on his latest adventure. He has a deep passion for photography, videography, droneography, surfing, snowboarding, skateboarding and wandering somewhere aimlessly in nature.
Sam is a Customer Success Manager at ReadyPulse, making sure clients are rocking it and staying happy. Sort of a jack of all trades, Sam got his start in sales at ReadyPulse, taking names and closing deals. When he’s not working, you’ll find him studying craft beer, ranting/raving about Arsenal Football Club, or fishing—usually somewhere he claims fish are “begging” to get hooked.
Bob is responsible for UX and design, working closely with the Product and Engineering teams to improve and evolve the ReadyPulse platform. His work experience includes past gigs at Nordstrom, Corbis, Classmates.com and Allrecipes.com. When he’s not at work, he enjoys cycling the back roads of the Seattle area or hiking with his family in the Northwest woods.
Varun is a self-proclaimed lazy developer who doesn’t like to work. Luckily, coding does not qualify as work to Varun. At ReadyPulse, he helps the platform team with architecture, design and implementation of new features —brimming with new ideas and ready with a prototype in no time. He’s always hacking around for better performance. When not in front of his laptop, Varun can be found glued to the TV and playing chess. His life’s dream is to meet an alien.
Sumana heads the ReadyPulse QA process as a Software Developer. She is always testing new features, searching for and fixing bugs and assisting customers with any issues that arise. When she’s not testing new platform features, she loves spending time with her family. You can find her watching movies, listening to all kinds of music and exploring the town with her family.
Briana is a self-described people person, which is what drew her to a customer success career. She likes doing a little bit of everything for her customers and quickly building relationships and turning them into advocates—it’s basically in her DNA. When she’s not helping her customers, she is a self-proclaimed Westerns historian—Game of Thrones fans, anyone?!
Steve brings more than 20 years experience helping brands connect with their customers and drive sales. He has developed interactive advertising promotions for leading brands on ESPN.com and ABC.com, driven e-commerce sales for retailers like Zumiez and Artbeads.com and has held marketing leadership roles in a variety of venture capital funded software startups. Steve is currently helping brands launch and grow successful influencer marketing programs at ReadyPulse. When he’s not online, you’ll find Steve in the mountains or on the water with his family and friends skiing, mountain biking and kayaking while trying to capture it all on Instagram.
Jessica Mead (we call her Jess) is a Strategic Account Manager here at ReadyPulse. If it’s a large account, she’s the one who is managing and cultivating it. With over 10 years of experience in digital media and advertising, she brings a different dynamic to our Sales Team. Also known for her high energy and occasional foul mouth, she is always adding a bit of shenanigans to the office.
Nico leads the Campaign Sales and Strategic Business Development team at ReadyPulse. Having one foot in sales, one in marketing, and one in social media strategy, people often confuse him for a three-legged alien. On the weekends you can find him climbing rocks or hiking in the hills around the San Francisco Bay Area.
Craig is on the Sales Development team at ReadyPulse. He works with a variety of brands who express interest in influencer marketing and helps them better understand how ReadyPulse can help. When he’s not at work, he likes staying active outdoors, watching baseball, and eating nachos! Oh, and you can find him riding around on his unicycle.
Justin is an Enterprise Account Executive at ReadyPulse. Being a Bay Area native, technologist, and founding member a few startups, Justin appreciates working with and learning from innovative leaders. Outside of work, Justin enjoys traveling, photography, sports, playing the stock market and drinking craft bourbons that are not for the faint of heart.
Kevin is an Enterprise Account Executive at ReadyPulse. Before joining the team, he was in sales banging the phones, making hundreds of cold calls a day. However, Kevin really got his start in Los Gatos, CA where he was making the best margaritas in town. When he is not driving sales, you’ll find Kevin in the gym, on the soccer pitch or enjoying the Santa Cruz Mountain air. Fun fact: Kevin is an identical twin so if you got a bad ReadyPulse demo it was probably him… 😉
Lia is part of ReadyPulse’s rockstar Marketing team, responsible for demand generation. She has helped deploy Marketo, Salesforce, Smartforms, content marketing programs and funnel reporting. Prior to joining ReadyPulse, Lia worked in marketing at various SaaS companies including BrightEdge and OpenTable. When she’s not brainstorming on marketing strategies, she is taking spin classes (she’s a certified spin instructor), volunteering or trying new workout classes and restaurants.
Kristine is immensely passionate about all things digital marketing, making her Marketing Manger position at ReadyPulse especially enjoyable. Although she’s been managing digital accounts for years, the wonder of translating funny, informative or insightful marketing campaigns into meaningful statistics never ceases to excite. Outside the office, you can find Kristine walking her big, fluffy dog or exploring some hills nearby, whether it’s on foot or on skis.
Jared is a Software Development Engineer who works on building ReadyPulse’s awesome web apps. Growing up in LA, studying in Berkeley, and taking a job in Redmond, he’s been slowly making his way up the West Coast. When he is not in front of his computer, you will find Jared traveling the world and exploring the outdoors.
Lulu is the Office Manager and keeps things running smoothly at ReadyPulse. She is the self-proclaimed “office mom” and does a little bit of everything—still ensuring the team has all the snacks they need to power through the day. She comes from a background in customer service, and when she’s not in the office, she’s a real mom to two (soon to be three!) crazy boys (if you count her husband).
Yeti is the newest addition to the ReadyPulse crew. You can find him hiding in the storage room from time to time, scaring the team. He also loves participating in influencer campaigns, and you’ll usually see him rocking our customers’ gear. When he’s not hiding in dark places, he enjoys skiing and promoting our clients’ products to the people of Lake Tahoe.
