REQUIREMENTS: Sales Development Rep (SDR)

  • College degree
  • Face to face or phone sales experience
  • 1-3 years telephone sales or equivalent experience
  • Strong value based selling skills
  • Strong verbal selling skills over the phone and email
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Technology & social media savvy
  • Professional, aggressive, team-friendly, and results oriented
  • Positive attitude and self-starter
  • Ability to accurately determine lead qualifications based on established criteria
  • Fast learner

RESPONSIBILITIES: Sales Development Rep (SDR)

  • Successfully manage and quickly respond to inbound leads from website
  • Performs outbound sales activities such as cold calling, lead follow-up, and opportunity qualifications in a specified territory
  • Meets or exceeds activity metrics for outbound calls, appointments set, opportunities added and prospecting time
  • Research accounts to understand need, enable effective follow up, and generate interest
  • Provide opportunities to the sales team, work close with rep as necessary about the opportunity
  • Builds relationships and effectively communicates with sales team and management
  • Proactively look for opportunities to improve, optimize lead management
