As co-founder and CEO, Dennis leads ReadyPulse focused on strategy, revenue, and marketing efforts. Dennis has over 17 years technology experience and 10 years of building subscription businesses. Prior to co-founding ReadyPulse, Dennis lead several businesses at Moxie Software including their Global Services teams, and their Moxie Insight division. Before Moxie, Dennis was a VP Sales for Gartner (NYSE:IT) and built several new businesses, including their Emerging Technology, VC/PE, and Semiconductor segments. Dennis started his career selling copies door to door and helped BR Printers become the leading on demand print and fulfillment provider in the US. Dennis graduated with honors from the Santa Clara University MBA program and holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the same school.
Srinivas is a co-founder of ReadyPulse and drives the product vision and business strategy and execution. Prior to founding ReadyPulse, he held management roles in product marketing, channel marketing, product management, business development and strategy in companies such as Microsoft, Genesys Telecommunications and Aspect. He brings a unique blend of business and technology skills with an eye on the future market developments. He holds an MBA from Santa Clara University.
Vinod co-founded ReadyPulse with the vision of unleashing the true power of social media to business processes through intelligent big data processing. Prior to ReadyPulse, Vinod worked in a senior engineering role in Amazon where he built distributed application architectures to process massive amounts of data for optimizing Amazon's complex supply chain. Before Amazon, Vinod worked at Microsoft in various engineering roles to architect and design core Windows networking scenarios such as Direct Access and HTTP web engine to drive performance and scale. Vinod received his MS in Computer Engineering from University of Maryland, College Park and BS in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
Mihir is the co-founder of ReadyPulse and is responsible for delivering user experiences. He has a solid background in Unified Communications, Search, Distributed Server Architectures and Front-End User Experience. Prior to ReadyPulse, Mihir worked as a Software Engineer in various groups at Microsoft including Bing Search and Lync. He played a major role in delivering Bing integration with Facebook and provided a rich social search experience. Before Microsoft, Mihir worked on Rich Presence and SIP/SIMPLE communication protocols at Alcatel Lucent Inc. Mihir graduated with a MS in Computer Science from University of Texas.
